  • How we use information: To provide and schedule tutoring services, communicate with parents about lessons, progress, and updates and to comply with legal obligations.
  • Data storage and security: Your personal information is securely stored electronically and, where needed, in locked physical files. Only authorised staff and tutors can access student information.

Child safety / child protection statement

Lexis Tuition is committed to providing a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.

  • All tutors hold a valid NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC).
  • Tutors are trained to maintain professional boundaries and ensure student safety online and in-person.
  • We follow strict procedures for supervising, communicating with, and protecting students.

Parents and students can trust Lexis Tuition to prioritise safety in every lesson.

Refund & cancellation policy

Lesson Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations by tutors: Tutors may occasionally need to reschedule. You will be notified as soon as possible, and lessons will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time.
  • Cancellations by parents/students: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. Short-notice cancellations may not be eligible for rescheduling.
  • Refunds: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. In general, prepaid lessons are refundable only if Lexis Tuition cancels the session.

  • Payments: All payments go directly to Lexis Tuition. Tutors do not accept personal payments.
