At Lexis Tuition, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
- What we collect: Student and parent/guardian names, contact details, and academic information (e.g., subjects and results), and payment details for invoices and lesson bookings.
- How we use information: To provide and schedule tutoring services, communicate with parents about lessons, progress, and updates and to comply with legal obligations.
- Data storage and security: Your personal information is securely stored electronically and, where needed, in locked physical files. Only authorised staff and tutors can access student information.

- Retention: We keep your information only as long as necessary for tutoring and legal obligations.

Statement of Commitment to Child Safety
Lexis Tuition is committed to creating and maintaining a child-safe environment where children and young people are safe, respected, and valued.
We have zero tolerance for child abuse, neglect, or harm of any kind. The safety, wellbeing, and best interests of children and young people are paramount in all aspects of our work.
We are committed to upholding the NSW Child Safe Standards and to promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and respect. This includes:

Refund & cancellation policy
Lesson Cancellations & Rescheduling
Any rescheduled or cancelled session will be credited if payment has already been made. We require at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. If notice is shorter than this, we may, at our discretion, charge, refund, or credit the session.
Sessions may also be moved online where appropriate (e.g., illness or travel) to ensure learning continues safely.

Terms & conditions
Lexis Tuition Terms & Conditions
- Services: One-on-one or group tutoring sessions, online or in-person.
- Payments: All payments go directly to Lexis Tuition. Tutors do not accept personal payments.
- Student safety: Tutors comply with all child safety and privacy policies.
- Lesson materials: Intellectual property of Lexis Tuition.
